BBQ Chorizo Sausages Recipe
BBQ chorizo sausages are a spicy and flavorful take on traditional grilled sausages. Ideal for a summer barbecue or any outdoor gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound chorizo sausage links
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 12 minutes
- Total Time: 22 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Combine the BBQ sauce and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Grill the chorizo sausages for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through and browned on all sides.
- Brush the BBQ sauce mixture over the sausages in the final few minutes of grilling, turning to coat all sides.
- Remove the sausages from the grill and set them aside for 5 minutes before serving.
