This Pork and Ramen Stir Fry Noodles recipe is a flavorful, quick and easy meal. Tender pork slices are stir-fried with colorful bell peppers and onions before being served with cooked ramen noodles and a savory sauce. It's ideal for a weeknight dinner or a quick lunch.

Instructions

  • Ramen noodles should be cooked according to package directions, then drained and set aside.
  • Combine the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
  • Heat the vegetable oil and pork slices in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned.
  • Stir in the sliced bell pepper and onion for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are slightly softened.
