Sausage and Potatoes Recipe
This hearty and delicious Sausage and Potatoes dish is ideal for any occasion. It's simple to make and full of flavor that will satisfy everyone's taste buds.
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 lb sausage, sliced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb potatoes, chopped
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 35 minutes
- Total Time: 50 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Combine potatoes, sausage, onion, garlic, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a large mixing bowl.
