Breaded and Fried Pork Cutlets Recipe

Breaded and fried pork cutlets are a traditional comfort food. Pork chops are thinly pounded and coated in a crispy breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture before being fried until golden brown and delicious.

Instructions

  • Shake off any excess flour before dredging the pork chops.
  • Dip the pork chops into the beaten eggs, then into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the breadcrumbs to adhere.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil until it shimmers.
  • Cook until the pork chops are golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Before serving, place the pork chops on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
