Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • With a sharp knife, score the skin of the pork belly, making shallow cuts about 1 inch apart.
  • Rub the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika all over the pork belly.
  • Place the pork belly in a roasting pan or baking dish, skin side up.
  • Roast for 20 minutes at 425°F, then reduce to 375°F and continue to roast for 40-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork belly reaches 165°F.
