Instructions

  • Combine cornstarch, flour, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Using your hands, coat the pork slices in the flour mixture.
  • Whisk together the soy sauce, gochujang, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic in a separate bowl.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the pork slices in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Set the pork aside after removing it from the skillet.
  • Stir-fry the onion slices in the skillet for 2-3 minutes.
  • Cook for another minute, or until the sauce thickens, over the onions.
  • Toss the pork back into the skillet with the sauce and onions.
  • Serve immediately with sesame seeds on top.
