Roasted Potatoes with Ham and Cheese Recipe

These roasted potatoes with ham and cheese are a filling side dish or main course.

Ingredients

• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 lb ham, diced
• 1 lb potatoes, diced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp salt

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Cook Time: 40 minutes
• Total Time: 50 minutes

Instructions

• Preheat the oven to 400°F.
• Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
• Roast potatoes for 20 minutes on a baking sheet.
• Toss the diced ham with the potatoes on the baking sheet.
• Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and the ham is crisp.
• Shredded cheddar cheese should be sprinkled on top of the potatoes and ham.
• Return to the oven for 5 minutes more, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
• Serve immediately.
