BBQ Pork Chops with Baked Potato and Sour Cream Recipe

This tasty and simple meal is ideal for a weeknight dinner or a weekend barbecue. The tender pork chops are brushed with a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce, and the baked potatoes are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The sour cream finishes the dish with a cool and creamy finish.

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 50 minutes
  • Total Time: 1 hour

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  • Wash the potatoes and make a few fork holes in them.
  • Rub them with salt and pepper before placing them on a baking sheet and baking for 45-50 minutes, or until tender.
  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then brush with barbecue sauce on both sides.
  • Grill the pork chops for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked.
